Context: This guide covers the ability to view contributions made to an employee – showing you the contribution history report, available within the Employee Details screen for any given employee. This guide demonstrates how users with multiple funds are reflected in the history report.
Viewing an employee's contribution history
Navigate to the Employees Tab
Search for an employee with multiple funds
In the Actions menu, select View contribution history
Locate and review the rows for an Employee with multiple funds.
The report will display a separate row for each fund the employee has.
Examine the amount columns for the employee's contribution.
The total contribution is broken down by fund, with the specific amount paid to each fund visible in its respective row.
Note: In this instance, Erin Stevens has split her Superannuation contribution evenly across funds. The image avbove reflects the two funds that contributions were paid to.
