Context: This guide covers the process of registering your Organisation within Employer Online.
Important: Ensure you are authorised to read and accept the declarations on behalf of your organisation.
Once you have registered as a user, you will need to set up your organisation's account.
- Once you have verified you are the correct person to make declarations on behalf of your organisation, click the I Confirm tick box then click the Start button to begin the organisation registration process.
- If your business has an ABN or ACN, you can search by those codes to find your business details.
Your company details should appear once you correctly input either the ABN or ACN.
Tip: You can add your company's trading name and verify that the company details are correct.
- If you don't have an ABN or ACN, you can choose I Don't Have an ABN or ACN and enter your WPN.
If you see a message indicating that your organisation already has an employer account, you'll need to enter the employer ID.
Tip: If you can't find your employer ID, simply select the I Can't Find my Employer ID tick box.
Important: If you select the Create New Account option, you will create a blank organisation with no associated data.
Please enter the correct organisation details. Check the information to make sure it's correct and then click the Next button.
Tip: Capturing accurate organisation details, including the number of employees and website address ensures compliance, supports analytics, and helps provide personalised services.
- After providing organisation details, you will be prompted to read and accept the declarations. To proceed, you must download and review the Terms and Conditions for both Rest and Wrkr, as well as the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). By ticking the boxes, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of both Rest and Wrkr, and acknowledge the PDS.
- After you read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, you will see a review page. This is your chance to check all the information you've given and make sure it's correct.
- Congratulations, you have completed the organisation registration process. Your business ABN and the correct Employer ID will be displayed. You can now proceed to Employer Online.
